I am a positive force, able to influence at all levels with the ability to challenge and with the energy to make a difference.
My career has seen me in significant leadership roles where I have driven business change. This has been delivered by growing leadership capability through coaching, talent management and creating effective business cultures. I have carried out numerous projects on strategy & implementation, Organisational Design and post-merger realignment as well as developing successful teams.
I am a straight talker, effective listener and thrive in environments where honesty, teamwork and fun are encouraged.
I am a Fellow of the CIPD, have a degree in Education & Training, am a qualified coach and insights practitioner.
I am proud of many things in my life, but nothing beats being a mother…. it’s how I realized I can do almost anything…..one handed! I have a dachshund named Teddy, who features quite heavily on my social media.
